Returns & Order Issues

After Accepting Your Delivery

Within 48 Hours

If any items are missing or arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 541-840-4180 so we can promptly send replacement items at no additional charge. After 48 hours from the recorded delivery time, Ecopiggy cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged items.

Within 14 Days

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • Items are unused and in original condition and packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.

After 14 Days

We understand life gets busy, so we provide a 14-day return window to review your purchase. After 14 days, orders are considered closed and returns are no longer eligible for approval.

Restocking Fees

  • Ecopiggy carefully prepares every order with attention and care.
  • Orders canceled after packing may incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Wholesale orders over $1,000 may incur a 20% restocking fee.
